    Description

    Precautions for use

    1. Before welding, please confirm the internal and external diameter of the corresponding welding segment and the internal and external diameter of the steel blank, accurately control the position of brazing butt joint, and prevent welding eccentricity and inclination, which will reduce the drilling efficiency and lifespan.

    2. After the welding is completed, remove the surface stains. The welding strength is tested according to the strength standard in DIN EN 13236. The short arc-shaped diamond segment is tested with the force part as the middle part. For the standard strength test operation, please refer to the product instructions.

    3. This arix diamond cutter segment is designed for wet drilling, and the drilling area is fully cooled, which is beneficial to achieve the balance of high speed and life of the core drill. When a large amount of steam is released from the drilling area, it indicates that the bit is seriously overheated. Pressure water supply must be provided.
